Casual Pool and Beach Concierge
JOB SUMMARY
Responsible as part of the Hilton team for delivering a legendary customer experience; ensuring the guests receive a personalized, efficient and consistent service. Work with the Recreation/Spa/Entertainment Manager to ensure high standards in the day to-day effective operation
What will I be doing
- Complete preparation work in accordance to departmental standards.
Perform the duties corresponding to the station or area where she/he is assigned by the , as per the departmental standards policies and
- Greet guests upon arrival at the outlet and assist in seating in accordance with departmental standards and sequence of service.
- Acquire and use Names of regular guests.
- Maintain a courteous and professional working relationship with Customers.
- Ensure that guests receive an efficient, friendly, consistent and personalized service.
- Take guest’s beverage order, utilizing suggestive selling techniques, when specified on function requirements.
- Retrieve alcoholic beverage items from bar and serve to guest in accordance with the departmental standards.
- Serve all food courses and beverage items to guests in accordance with departmental standards and functions requirement.
- Be knowledgeable of, and strictly abide with local liquor laws, particularly those prohibiting service to minor, intoxicated persons and drunk driving.
- Clear each course following procedures laid down in departmental procedures.
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness and working conditions of departmental equipment, supplies and work areas; rectify any deficiencies
- Input order into Micros system or use legible document orders when system is down for finance recording data.
- Gain knowledge and use of Micros and manual systems procedures in relation to billing procedures
A Pool and Beach Concierge serving Hilton Brand Hotels is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:
- High School Graduate or equivalent required
- Must maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance
- Intermediate English language skills
- Basic computer knowledge
It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
- Previous customer service experience
