Organize and support the activities of the Food & Beverage Outlets pertaining to quality of service and execution. Manage and develop wine and beverage programs, Sales (Retail & On-premise) and food / wine pairing opportunities for banquet and outlets. Maintain the high standards of food and beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits through outstanding customer service.
