Food & Beverage Attendant
We are looking for passionate hospitality stars to join the team at our brand new DoubleTree by Hilton Perth Northridge (opening in December). We have opportunities for all-rounders to work across our food and beverage hotel’s outlets; including restaurant and bar, conference and event operations, executive lounge, room service and more!

About the Role:
As a Food & Beverage Attendant you’ll be responsible for upholding the highest quality standards and demonstrating exceptional hospitality within the food and beverage operations in our hotel’s restaurant, bar, conference & event facilities, executive lounge, and whilst fulfilling room service requests. You’ll undertake the following tasks:
- Be the warm and welcoming face of our food & beverage outlets; greet each guest with a smile,
- Work with your fellow team members to deliver exceptional experiences, Receive orders and serve customer requests completely in a timely manner, including but not limited to serving as a barista or cocktail attendant/bartender, as required,
- Understand menu content, any menu changes, and promotional activities,
- Keep your service area clean, tidy, and well-prepared,
- Efficiently manage the proper settlement of all customer accounts, and
- Answer guest queries in a polite and helpful manner.
Skills & Experience:
To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:
- Previous experience within restaurants, bars, in room dining, conference and event operations or an executive lounge setting, ideally within a hotel environment,
- Demonstrated success in delivering exceptional guest service,
- Flexible, reliable, and responsive to a range of work situation,
- Knowledge of alcoholic beverages and mixing of drinks,
- Previous food hygiene experience,
- Electronic ordering systems experience
- Cash handling experience
- Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate
- Applicants must not have visa restrictions limited to less than 12 months
- Applicants will only be considered for the role if they demonstrate the availability to work varying shifts, including nights, mornings, weekdays, weekends and public holidays.
