What will I be doing?
Provide guests with a memorable stay experience that is personalized to their needs, throughout their stay at the hotel by ensuring that the team is responding efficiently to their enquiries and advising them of the amenities and benefits offered by the hotel. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Attend mandatory daily briefings and departmental meetings
- Manage the project tracker, daily hand-over with the Technical Service Manager on all processes and deadlines
- Demonstrates complete working knowledge of the Waldorf Astoria Amsterdam Service Delivery Standards
- Manage SmartButler, calls, follow up, closure of GSC tickets in time
- On a day-to-day basis, liaise with the Technical Service manager to discuss any work required
- Manage purchasing, follow up with suppliers, processing invoices after sign off by the Technical Service Manager
- Amenity arrangements on failed tickets, creating personalized guest cards, follow up with FO/Operator
- Receive calls from all departments on R&M requests in able to put in Smartbutler
- Main contact for suppliers, creating planning in MS Outlook
What are we looking for?

Ability to work under pressure and deal with stressful situations during busy periods

Ability to communicate in English, both orally and in writing, with guests and employees, some of whom will require high levels of patience, tact, and diplomacy to defuse anger and to collect accurate information and to resolve problems

Any additional language(s) is (are) beneficial

Demonstrates complete working knowledge of the Waldorf Astoria Amsterdam Service Delivery Standards
