A Marketing and eCommerce Manager, is responsible for the overall advertising and eCommerce strategies of the hotel.



What will I be doing?

As a Marketing and eCommerce Manager, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

    • Leveraging and executing social media and website strategies in partnership with appropriate Destination Marketing team and Cluster Revenue Management team to achieve brand position and revenue growth goals through these channels.
    • Proposes and implements hotel specific marketing strategies, including website, social media and third parties websites.  Ensure timely update of content on all websites brand and all third parties channels.
    • Create and maintain a comprehensive media and marketing contact management system relevant to the target audiences of the hotel.
    • Work together with the different departments to create and implement marketing strategies to increase business and revenue streams for groups, events, F&B, and Health club.
    • Develop and implement promotional activity, collateral and in-house merchandising as well as maintaining the hotels’ media library to include video, film and press coverage archives (executive assistant)
    • Support the development of promotional activities, marketing channels and the production of marketing materials for specific events.
    • Support all internal communication activities including, but not limited to, regional and area updates, press release writing, newsletters and drafting speeches for company executives and assisting with senior management interviews with relevant preparation material
    • Work with local third party partners, including local media, and maintain professional relationships with local official bodies.
    • Develop marketing and PR projects including resources with budget implications
    • Lead on-site photos shoots and hotel filming whilst ensuring all relevant administration approvals are completed and confirmed
    • Develop monthly / quarterly reports on activities highlighting results and next steps
    • Develop, maintain and grow the hotels’ databases to promote all hotel disciplines including targeted Hilton Honors campaigns
    • Assist the Sales and Marketing department on any required activity
A degree or similar qualification in marketing or e-commerce
  • Previous experience working in marketing or e-commerce

  • Excellent skills in the use of social media for advertising and promotions

  • Good knowledge base of geo-targetingWhat are we looking for?
