A Night Receptionist/porter provides night-hour reception services for Guests to contribute to an overall exceptional experience from check-in through check-out and complete audits, as required.

What will I be doing?
- Be the face of our hotel and ensure a memorable reception experience for Guests
- Provide a high level of customer service at all times
- Deliver of guest mail, newspapers and express check out bills to rooms
- Demonstrate a high level of customer service at all times
- Collect and deliver room service/ breakfast cards
- Keep clear and tidy common areas (lobby, toilets)
- Assist Night Management with fire walks, and, in case of an emergency
- Demonstrate current knowledge of hotel products, services, pricing and policies, as well as knowledge of the local area
- Assist with Health and Safety Checks and Night Walks
- Inform guests about hotel room categories, room rates, packages, promotions and other hotel facilities
- Maximize room occupancy and use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities
As a Night Receptionist/Porter you will work 5 days per week, including, but not always, weekends and bank holidays. Shifts are usually from 11pm to 7am.

It
would be advantageous if you worked previously in a customer facing job.
There is no specific education or qualification
required for this job.
