North America Hotel Operations Analytics Intern
Our Operations function oversees the day-to-day functions of our managed hotel portfolio, ensuring that our guests receive an exceptional hospitality experience and that we remain a leader in the hospitality industry.
What will I be doing?
The Hilton virtual corporate summer internship program offers undergraduate students the opportunity to gain real-world professional experience in a global company. The program is intended to develop the business leaders of tomorrow. Interns will gain exposure to senior leadership, work on meaningful projects, participate in learning and development opportunities and join in networking and social events with other Team Members and fellow interns.
The virtual internship will begin June 7, 2021, and end August 13, 2021. Interns will work full-time 40 hours per week during the 10-week program.
We are offering internships for the following fields:
- North America Hotel Operations
The North America Hotel Operations Intern will contribute to modeling and activations of key initiatives in labor, service delivery, and revenue optimization to enhance the performance of our managed hotel portfolio.
- Collaborate with the operations teams to analyze business issues across labor, service, and revenue optimization
- Ability to draw up a scope of the data required to provide an in-depth analysis of the business challenge
- Use an appropriate BI Tool (e.g., Excel, Tableau) to build analytical models that takes the input data and applies assumptions and calculations to it to satisfactorily address the business issue
- Present the outcomes of the analysis to Senior Leaders and property teams

- Specialist in Excel and Proficient in PowerPoint
To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:
- Currently enrolled as a full-time college student pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related degree
- Fluently speak, read, and write in English
- Rising junior or senior
- Cumulative 3.0 GPA or higher
- Can work in the US without employment sponsorship
