Recreation Club Sales and Activity Manager
As a Recreation Club Sales and Activity Manager you are responsible of maintaining Club Members list update, email blast, promotions and flyers among others. Coordinate, organize and create special event for Club Members. Attract and recruit new club members monthly. Supervise staff - pool area, lawn tennis and fitness centre to ensure all areas are clean, organized and well maintained and the services provided to guests in a safe, efficient and cost effective manner that will result in exceeding guest expectations.
What will I be doing?
Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Club Membership responsibilities, including new members, marketing, maintaining club member list update, email blast up date, promotions, flyers and other activities for the Club Membership.
- Attract and recruit new club members. Visiting potential customers and doing presentations.
- Coordinate, organize and create special event for Club Members.
- Assist in the operations of fitness centre, tennis courts, pool areas and staff management.
- Coordinate with the different department as housekeeping, engineering and food and beverage to ensure a smooth operation.
- Plan, organize and coordinate daily tasks related to the areas
- Direct, coach, train and discipline team members as necessary.
- Ensure operating standards are met and maintained.
- Monitor all flash reports to make sure cost is in line with the budget.
- Monitor entire cleaning operations of pool, fitness and tennis courts facilities.
- Maintain complete safety around all areas and enforce hotel’s safety standards.
- Maintain proper inventory levels of items needed in the different areas under his supervision, to provide proper service to guests
- Assure proper customer service is being upheld
- Assist in sales of retail items (if applicable) to ensure profitability and service.
- Handle guests’ information in a confidential manner, according to the brand’s established standards.
- Maintain a respectful attitude and positive communication towards all team members, clients and guests.

Experience in Recreation Club Management and hospitality industry
Proven sales skills
Ability to effectively deal with internal and external customers (some guests will require high level of patience, tact, and diplomacy to defuse anger), and collect accurate information needed to resolve conflicts

- Committed to delivering a high level of customer service.
- Ability to work every Saturday and Sunday
- Drivers license and Car to visit potential clients
- Excellent grooming standards
- Ability to work on your own or in teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Computer Skills
- Police Certificate of Good Character (recent)
- Residents of Trinidad only
