Senior Lead Digital Experimentation
***This position can be located in Memphis, TN or Remotely Based, except for within the state of Colorado***

What will I be doing?
The Senior Lead of the Digital Experimentation Program will lead the experimentation process, which ensures that all Hilton digital platforms are optimized to deliver the best possible experience for consumers and to drive increased revenue to the business. Provide experimentation subject matter expertise to all digital teams during ideation, prioritization, design, and outcome reporting phases. Handle the launch calendar based on available traffic, consideration of conflicts, estimated LoE, and any time pressure related to pending releases, marketing campaigns, etc. Lead the two experimentation vendors. Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key partners.
- Serve as the digital experimentation SME.
- Lead the experimentation process of defining, hypothesizing, testing, evaluating, reporting, and implementing digital experiments across all digital pods.
- Handle the experimentation calendar and resolve conflicts based on knowledge of the testing environment and past results.
- Work with Digital Governance on major conflicts/dependencies, and experiments that are high-visibility or cross-pod.
- Gather, manage, distill, and present insights from various groups including XD, Product, Software Engineering, Analytics, Marketing, and other key team members and agency partners to optimize experimentation candidates.
- Day-to-day manager of the experimentation vendor, Conductrics, and the services consultant, Search Discovery.

- Successfully lead and grow the experimentation program into a high-performing system with demonstrated results through increased revenue, conversion, and engagement!
- Successfully handle our program vendors to meet/exceed all SLAs and provide optimal results for the program.
- Solid understanding of the Hilton digital platforms, from both a functional and design perspective, which fosters driving the most ideal experimentation candidates.
- Effectively influence others who do not report directly to him or her, including leaders such as Digital Governance members.
To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:
- Ten (10) years of overall work experience in Technology, Research, or related field
- Seven (7) years of specialized experience in digital optimization/experimentation
- Demonstrated success and proven results in adding strategic value for a company and/or enterprise
- Demonstrated success and shown results in handling program vendor relationships
- Moderate travel will be required
It would be helpful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
- BA/BS Bachelor's or MA/MS Master's Degree
- Twelve (12+) years of overall work experience in Technology, Research, or related field
- Five (5+) years managing an optimization/experimentation program
- Nine (9+) years of specialized experience in optimization and/or experimentation
- Experience in the hospitality and/or travel industry
