Our Loyalty Team increases Hilton consumer growth through strategically designed partnerships and campaigns and builds awareness for our industry award-winning Hilton Honors loyalty program. The team is focused on increasing customer acquisition and retention through Hilton direct channels such as the Hilton Honors mobile app, Hilton.com website, and reservations agents. In addition, the team generates engagement and repeat business through recognition of loyalty benefits and earned rewards during guest stays.

What will I be doing?

Do you have a passion for how co-branded credit cards deepen customer engagement and improve commercial performance? In this role, you will report to the Senior Director of Card Acquisitions and put this passion to use. The Senior Manager will be tasked with developing, innovating, and executing large-scale, strategic program initiatives as well as providing key inputs into the planning process. It is critical that this individual be able to effectively collaborate with partners across functions within the Hilton-Amex partnership to assess new opportunities, provide perspective in support of key strategic priorities and develop supporting materials for executive meetings and partner alignment.   • Develop re-launch and ongoing strategy and execution plan for new initiative to retail Hilton’s Co-Branded credit cards on-property within hotels as a key acquisition avenue.
  • Lead the Co-Brand Business planning process, bringing together priorities across acquisitions, loyalty, product, digital, and marketing. This annual and quarterly process will include not only prioritization of the strategies and tactics, but also the requisite resources needed to execute the strategy.
  • Lead the Enterprise-wide partnership with American Express planning process the with the goal of growing Hilton hotel revenue from AmEx customers.

What are we looking for?

We believe the success in this role will demonstrate itself through the following attributes and skills:

  • Outstanding ability to do both critical thinking and analysis as well as lead projects through to execution by mobilizing teams within a matrixed organization.
  • Deep understanding of the credit-card industry; strong understanding of credit card performance and economic drivers of success, extensive experience working on a consumer credit card portfolio, knowledge of regulatory environment and industry norms.
  • Proficiency in supporting the development of a strategic plan, demonstrating critical thinking skills, project management expertise, and strong collaboration skills with a keen ability to partner across a highly matrixed set of cross-functional business partners.
  • Ability to craft executive level presentations, grounded in the data and able to tell the story of business performance. Strong analytical and financial acuity skills, such as independent ability to build business cases and provide financial pro-form analysis.

To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:

  • Five (5) years of professional experience
  • Experience working in co-branded credit card eco-system or deeply knowledgeable of the credit card landscape
  • Experience developing and activating new programs to drive performance within a hospitality company (or similar dynamic industry such as retail or airlines), ideally in a physical environment
  • Once travel resumes - up to 15%, as needed (primarily to New York City)

It would be helpful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

  • BA/BS Bachelor's Degree and/or MBA
  • Seven (7) years of professional experience
