Senior Manager, Digital Media Programs
***This position will be remotely based, except for in the state of Colorado***
Hilton's Commercial Services organization is comprised of over 5,000 team members driving our sales, revenue management, call center, and analytics functions. These functions are the core of Hilton's "commercial engine" and are key to Hilton's ability to drive profitable growth.
What will I be doing?
Paid digital media plays a meaningful role in driving revenue for the organization and connecting customers to Hilton technology features and properties! In this role, you will lead the development and design of our Amplify platform to directly service our properties' digital media needs. This role will require a deep understanding of digital media, product development/project management, and customer communications in a franchise business.
As the Senior Manager, Digital Media Programs, you will report to the Sr. Director, Digital Media, and serve as the owner and strategic executive for the Digital Media team's affiliate marketing program. You will oversee budgeting, profitability, as well as publisher and platform management.
- Develop the strategy, property adoption goals, and performance benchmarks for Hilton's supplemental digital media program, Amplify, working with Hilton's preferred media partner to execute the vision.
- Define the program roadmap, evaluate new channels for potential adoption, and manage associated platform development timelines.
- Partner with media channel leads on integration and/or expansion of channels within the Amplify program to define channel strategy, performance benchmarks, and goals.
- Lead business development strategy for Amplify – developing strategies for awareness and adoption, defining growth goals and roadmap to achieve.
- Analyze program performance and develop reporting templates for participating properties while partnering with media channel leads and data & analytics teams.
- Partner with the Americas Marketing organization to develop program training resources to ensure successful adoption of the Amplify program.

To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:
- Seven (7) years of professional experience
- Five (5) years of digital media/marketing experience
- Experience working in the hospitality industry
- Knowledge of digital media buying, measurement principles, and media math
- Knowledge of DCM and web analytics
- Proven track record of directing and setting strategy for digital media and optimization activities
- Travel up to 20% as required (once travel resumes)
It would be helpful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
- BA/BS Bachelor's Degree
- Knowledge of the travel industry or experience in a fast-paced performance marketing environment
- Experience providing constructive direction to agency partners, driving improved performance and strong relationships
