What will I be doing?
The Analyst, Hilton Supply Management (HSM), will support both the Director of Supplier Diversity and the Director Sustainability and PMO. Overall, the Analyst will have responsibility for assisting in the implementation and execution of programs, polices and processes supporting the company’s Supplier Diversity and Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability programs.
This includes:
- Reporting on third party diversity
- Supporting the development of annual and multi-year program plans to meet or exceed supplier diversity goals across priority spend areas in collaboration with HSM and key business units
- Supporting HSM’s Sustainability reporting dashboard and external Corporate Responsibility reporting requests
- Reviewing monthly status reports and updating Key Strategic Priorities dashboard
- Compiling monthly MBR/QBR decks & schedule internal reviews
- Working independently on projects of high complexity with minimal supervision
- Assist the Director, Supplier Diversity, in the development /enhancement of procedures, processes and policies in relation to the supplier diversity program
- Handling, supporting, and ensuring the various HSM systems include supplier diversity capabilities (reporting and/or inclusion)
- Streamlining processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness within the department

To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:
- One (1) year of professional experience
- Experience working for a global, matrixed organization
It would be helpful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
- BA/BS Bachelor's Degree
- Supply chain and/or supplier diversity experience
- Hospitality experience
