Job Description
For our Room Service Department we are looking for a spontaneous colleague who likes a challenge and wants to reinforce our Room Service Team on a part-time basis (0-hours). The position includes the following main tasks:
- Provide excellent service
- Execute the standard Food & Beverage services in the hotel rooms
- Ensure a consistent and convincing standard of service and maintain all the service standards and Hilton Policies
- Constant promotion of additional sales
- Guarantee a cost conscious manner of working
- Active promotion of in-house sales by optimal knowledge of all the services of the hotel and the opening times and promotions of all Food & Beverage outlets
- Usage of Micros Cash system
- Full knowledge of the regular menu, promotional menus, wine lists and any other promotion in place

- Speaks basic Dutch and fluent English
- Is available both during the week as the weekend for early and late shifts
