Hilton Amsterdam Airport Schiphol is offering an Online Marketing Marketing Online Distribution department.Distribution traineeship. We are looking for a Trainee, who shares the values of Hilton and is enthusiastic to support and add value to the Cluster Online Marketing Distribution department.

Your responsibilities
At this position you will perform the following tasks to the highest standards:
· Work with business development, ecommerce and marketing to ensure the online content/display is relevant, attractive and fitting with the hotel strategy;
· Use analytical skills to understand trends in the e-marketplace;
· Analyze data of customers’ reviews to improve online performance;
· Maximize revenue through accurate content, best possible ranking, conversion and relevant exposure;
· Ensure hotel specific packages/promotions are loaded on hotel and MICE websites;
· Assist in various other Online Marketing Distribution related tasks/activities;
· Efficient usage of all systems and good maintenance;
· Ensures a safe work environment ;
Your profile
The perfect candidate understands the importance of upholding a brand’s reputation and ensuring that hotels provide a globally recognized hospitality experience. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:
· Proactive team player and independent thinker
· Efficient and friendly, opened for feedback
· Fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills (Dutch is a plus)

· Has analytical skills, a good level of IT skills and is eager to learn
· Knows safety measurements and ensures a safe work environment
· Available for a period of 6 months or longer
