This role performs a variety of recruitment duties that directly supports the whole recruitment team in China. Ensures such support occurs in a timely, orderly, efficient, and professional manner.



What will I be doing?


A central member of recruitment team, this role will work closely with the Greater China & Mongolia (GC&M) hiring managers on the complete resourcing cycle, understanding their needs and advising on the appropriate recruitment strategy.

  • Using the Recruitment Management System, Taleo, to post vacancies, advertise internally and externally, track candidates, source & correspond with candidates and initiate offers for GCM Corporate roles in HRCC and Commercial Services
  • Working with C&B team to structure and negotiate compensation with successful candidates, recruitment agencies and Hiring Managers.
  • Delivering seamless offer administration and on-boarding process, in conjunction with the HR teams.
  • Improving quality and cost effectiveness management of external agencies and developing new recruitment channels.
  • Supporting mass-recruitment events if required
  • Manage the relationship with external searching partners if required
  • Working with corporate functional heads to manage the contractor & intern recruitment
  • Constantly mapping the talent market to build up talent pipeline
  • Assisting to deliver specific recruitment projects as required

  • Ability to evaluate and identify opportunities from a strategic perspective, including ability to develop, prioritize and implement plans to meet Company’s core strategic goals.
  • Knowledge of business mathematics, including ability to understand/manipulate basic spreadsheets.
  • Ability to work independently and manager the independent work of other team members as appropriate; includes the ability to recognize need for involvement of other team members and capability to effectively facilitate that collaboration.
  • 5-7years of related experience
  • 4+Years of management or supervisory experience
