As the Sourcing Lead, you will collaborate with recruiting and business leadership to deliver bespoke sourcing strategies. Reporting to the Head of Recruitment, you will execute on strategies to identify, attract and engage the best talent by building proactive talent pipelines and communities to ensure delivery of Hilton’s strategic growth plans across the region. The incumbent will have tasked to manage and mentor a team of talent sourcers and be passionate on delivering best in class sourcing strategies, tools and channels across Greater China including Taiwan, Hong Kong and Mongolia region.


  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies that align with business priorities to include sourcing, assessment, organizational fit, and closing.
  • Proactively build qualified talent pipelines to meet growing business demands through internet sourcing, recruitment marketing campaigns, events and more.
  • Provide hands-on sourcing related support and manage the search process for key positions and critical hires.
  • Provide recruiting expertise by staying abreast of industry trends, emerging technology and sourcing tools, best practices, legal developments, and benchmark comparisons.
  • Manage, evaluate and develop innovative direct sourcing plans to attract diverse talent
  • Deliver custom and executable market and business unit plans while building excellent relationships with internal recruiting teams
  • Create innovative sourcing strategies with a strong focus on diversity and ensuring a high-touch candidate experience
  • Provide mentorship, guidance and career development to members of the local Sourcing team
  • Cultivate strong relationships with hiring managers and perform as an expert in all areas of sourcing talent.
  • Ability to communicate and manage customer expectations with a keen focus on performance and return on investment.

The individual must possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities and be able to perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation.

  • Required Qualification

    • Strong knowledge of Talent Sourcing across Greater China including Taiwan and Hong Kong)
    • Minimum 10 years of recruiting experience with 3 - 5 years in strategic talent sourcing 
    • Experienced leading with people management responsibilities
    • Experienced in partnering with leadership and driving hiring/sourcing initiatives
    • Experienced developing and executing sourcing/recruitment plans for searches
    • Experienced of developing scalable solutions to deliver on hiring needs and deliver business impact
    • Passionate about building a diverse workforce
    • Excellent sourcing skills with ability to find, engage and activate passive candidates
    • Strong attention to candidate care with ability to balance fast-moving process with a thoughtful and attentive candidate experience
    • Highly skilled with recruiting tools, applicant tracking systems, data management/reporting techniques and software collaboration tools ( i.e. Avature)
    • Exemplary communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
    • Compile & analyse data and metrics to support business decisions and plans as necessary
